please can anyone advise me, I have a private hire badge for Salford and it was due to expire in aug this yr, im female and worked days and the fri and sat nights, till morning, well one night I picked a customer up and was took on a 5hr ride doing what I now know was a drug run, I was mortified, I befriended him as it was all I could do, I had no emergency button in the car and was new to the system, when my ordeal was over I was that shook up and scared I went and gave my badge in, it wasn't until a few wks later when I could reflect on what happened and speak about it that I actually miss it! can I change my mind and if so what would I have to do, any replies would be great, thanks

If your license has been cancelled, then you don't. If your license has been suspended, then you do. Have a chat with your licensing officer, who knows they might be able to work things out. But don't hold your breath. |
