I think Fraser is right you have to be registered with the DBS.
If youre worried he is on his librarys blacklist for not paying his overdue fines you wont have much joy there

I don't think so, unless you are a Registered Body with DBS (the new name for the CRB) Why do you want to? If your employee is going to drive your cab he will need a disclosure through the local authority. If you are concerned about his past, ask to see his copy of the disclosure. He could get a Basic Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland (but not an enhanced disclosure). |
