Im thinking on appling for my private hire/hackney licence from my local council...would that then allow me to operate anywhere else in the uk.(.would be private hire work) or would i need to reapply to the different councils.. |

You will be given an operator's license to operate in the area you are licensed for, but you can take work from anywhere going to anywhere provided the booking is taken within your operating license area. However that will all change in the next few years, and there will be no relevance where the booking is taken. |
