I'm sure you mean section S. 61(2A)(2B) inserted (16.3.2007) by Road Safety Act 2006 (c. 49), ss. 52(2), 61; S.I. 2007/466, art. 2 :wink:

I thought that was what he meant as well, as it does not hold sway in Plymouth I had to check.
Plymouth is the only place not covered and London has its own provision.
