Hi Steve, OH, I was unaware it had been sent back, as I would have sent it straight back to you with the necessary amendments. Right I will contact our counter signatory (head of HR) and ask her as it would have come back to her directly, and she would then have sent it up to me in the internal post.

Hi, our DBS officer has not received it back, so I have put a new application in the post today (just in case it doesn’t turn up in the next couple of days), please fill in and post back in the pre-paid envelope as soon as possible, unfortunately we have learnt from previous experience that the DBS service is not very good with correspondence.
