I know of a fellow cabbie who drives private hire out of town buh never displays his plate or door signs when his back at home.
His vehicle is Licenced as private hire and has the plate and door stickers displayed when he goes out to work buh whenever his home or just around our area takes off plate and signs.
Is this legal or not?
