That there is NO hackney operators licence requirement in England?



Despite the £65 fee in our HC fee list

It is hard for you to prove a negative so I suggest you ask them for the Legislation that allows the charge.

There used to be a £35 meter check fee and £15 to plate a car on just the "new owner" portion of a V5
