Jobs worth twat pulled me over at 5am this morning for not wearing a seatbelt in my own manor. |

LOL... I was under the impression that I was only allowed to not wear my belt when there was a punter in the car. So a I wrong? Also what is the crack with parking to pick someone up. Am I allowed to park on double yellows while waiting for the job? |

Dunno I just don't like anything restricting my movement, strange I know but it's how I feel when i've got the belt on. |

Exemption to wearing a seatbelt (i) a licensed taxi while it is being used for seeking hire, or answering a call for hire, or carrying a passenger for hire, or . . (ii) a private hire vehicle while it is being used to carry a passenger for Hire; |

Ah, OK. So while I am private hire. I may as well just always wear my belt. Cos if there is no punter in the car, I can get points. |

When he said I've got to wear one while I haven't got a passenger on board I said, I think you've got me mixed up with a private hire. |
