1. Why a PH ops licence for 1 to 5 cars is £70 per car then after 5 cars only £40 per car

2. Why the 1st plate grant for a HC is £205 when a PH is £145 but add the ops licence and its £215.....

You should also be looking at the replacement costs , if they are that cheap to replace they should be that cheap when applying

Simple!

Under the Freedom of Information Act I require you to provide
detailed and final accounts for the Taxi and Private Hire Licensing Department for the last three years.

That is all you need to say- they have to acknowledge and reply thereafter within 20 working days.
It is usually best to go direct to the FOI officer – and yes you can do it by e-mail as far as I know.
