if they had any balls they would refuse the application and leave it to a magistrate - then tell everyone they can that they refused the application but the guy appealed to magistrates and the overturned the refusal

Or is that being a simple northerner?

He didn't get his badge because I got whiff of it and went to the press. The Council then revoked it. 8) 8) 8)

He didn't get his badge because I got whiff of it and went to the press. The Council then revoked it. 8) 8) 8)


so how did you get a copy of the crb??

The operator who he was going to work for asked for a copy of his CRB, he was shocked they gave him a badge with the CSE on there. He phoned me up and asked if I'd like a copy.

Is that against the law? I've also got a photocopy of his badge to prove the Council issued him a badge :D

I can see at least 2 breaches of the law governing these things here.
