When MUST a hack (in England) use the meter, and when can he NOT use it? and is there any link/reg/case law? cheers |

There are some areas that require you to have hackney meters. In most area the rules are the meter must go on for all in area work, and on in all other work unless an agreement is made with punter prior to the start of the job. |
