"the lady had no money, the ATM was down so I didnt charge her" (it wasnt paid for and wasnt booked) is he guilty? |

pecuniary advantage Definitions: noun "(law) financial advantage that is dishonestly obtained by deception and that constitutes a criminal offence" That dosnt mean that cash has to change hands though |

Youd love this The guy reckons he was picking up his wife at 2am but she wasnt there, the ATMs were down due to the winter BST clock change (?) and the woman was distraught.........all caught on bodycam by a council taxi marshall |
