New rules to be applied following consultations (i.e. to be applied anyway) Quote: New applicants will have to satisfy the councils driving assessment, theory and knowledge test
(no mention of WHO will do the driving test and at what cost) and the council can request ANY driver to complete an additional driving assessment theory and knowledge test, to be completed within 21 days of the request. Failure/Not taking the test will result in compliance action |
