anyone? what does the act state about what dogs we are obliged to carry? the hair splitting comes because of phrases used.... guide dog? seeing-eye dog? hearing dog? assistance dog? PLUS, ive read such dogs are registered, would an objecting driver be within his/her rights to have sight on a registration? I have a contact obsessed with "blind persons" dogs and opposed to the word assistance, but thats what our LA include in the regs

there was a case on the Facebook Group the Real Marsh Watch of a Shepway driver who refused a person with an assistance dog. A copy of the page has been sent to the licensing officer. |
