anyone?

what does the act state about what dogs we are obliged to carry?

the hair splitting comes because of phrases used....

guide dog?

seeing-eye dog?

hearing dog?

assistance dog?

PLUS, ive read such dogs are registered, would an objecting driver be within his/her rights to have sight on a registration?

I have a contact obsessed with "blind persons" dogs and opposed to the word assistance, but thats what our LA include in the regs

my understanding is that the law requires all assistance dogs be carried which includes

Guide dogs
hearing Dogs
companion dogs for disabled (can't remember the exact term)

more information here

there was a case on the Facebook Group the Real Marsh Watch of a Shepway driver who refused a person with an assistance dog. A copy of the page has been sent to the licensing officer.
