Again a licensing authority waters down the criteria for a private hire vehicle,how certain Councillors can vote to do away with the M1 standard of fitness and blatantly disregard the LAW on vehicles having seat belts
makes a mockery of the "FIT AND PROPER Person" statement that is commonly used in ENGLAND and Wales,these persons are not fit and proper to be elected as Councillors who are responsible in this case for the PUBLIC SAFETY of fare paying passengers.

Loads of idiots up there. Not just licensing councillors, but people actually paying to be injured on one of those things.

However the tuk tuks will not last long.
