They don't bother anywhere else. You and I obviously disagree, you very Pro Uber and I'm against.
Unless Uber comply with local councils like others have to they won't get my support. |

http://www.driveuberuki.com/requirements/ Go through all the cities. You'll find that every one of them requires you to be licensed and appropriately insured. |
