A Southampton plated Private Hire working on a Mansfield Private Hire Circuit, add to the collection of Wolverhampton plated vehicle and a North Somerset one I reckon they're in a competition who can travel the furthest.

The owner has set on 20 Romanian drivers because the English won't work for him.

But why do punters use them FFS?

They're still working off prices from 15 years ago. The company attracts punters at the bottom of the food chain because they're cheap.

Lichfield has 3 Walsall plated Vito's on a base that complained about another base having just 1, then discovered its (sort of) legal (till Walsall add a "intended use policy" to the regs

No Brainer really, It's cheaper to hire a Local PH vehicle and driver to experience the true Sights,sounds, Culture and smells of Old Romania than it's to spend money on Air fares and Romanian hotels to visit a country where no people now live because they are all on route to or already are here...Pigs trotters in Jelly any one?

I assume that the wolves P/H have an operator in Wolverhampton, should be easy to check just need the vehicle licence number. So if it's a company there it will have that company's livery, radio, app,data head,pda, it will also have operator conditions, let's say will only operate vehicles licensed by that area,so for it to be legal I think the base in your area has to pass the job to the wolves base, where its logged and then the wolves base will pass it to a driver on its circuit, if the base in your area is passing it direct, then I believe it's illegal and this will affect the vehicle insurance, as all 3 don't match.
