APART from vehicles with a fitted bulkhead (i.e. E7/Lti/etc) what who where do kids sit and who needs seatbelts and/or car seats?

Surely when bidding for a contract that states booster seats have to be provided, you factor in the purchase price into your bid?

But that's a contractual issue, in the same way they could stipulate that cars must be yellow with pink spots.

That is why I say they will have problems come the end of the year when contractors will have to replace the booster seats that they have already shelled out for and replace them with full seats. I for one will not continue with this type of work because where am I going to keep the seats between the morning and afternoon runs? I have 2 jobs that require 6 seats on each vehicle.

You cant expect to Stick Kids Over say 1.0M but under 1.35M in full seats as they are just to big, Babies and Toddlers yes, bigger kids no.

Anyways, I read this bit at the end of an article..."Parents who have a booster seat now will still be able to use the seat without breaking any rules."

Maybe there will be a similar rule for Taxis and PHs

There are no rules for taxis or PH because we are exempt. But if it is part of a school contract you either do what is required or don't do the contract.
