Hi guys,

Does anyone know if either cars/drivers can be licensed for PH in more than one district at the same time?

For the car, would you be allowed to swap around the plates yourself?

Does anyone actually do this?

I think many drivers are licensed in a number of different areas.

Vehicles not really, other than maybe some replacement insurance service vehicles.
