Am I right in thinking that Uber got a licence to operate in Bath and then had it rescinded?

yes uber are in bath and have been for a few months, they only have 5 or 6 bath licensed p/h working for them, but they are still encouraging out of town drivers to work here,although they are apparently only offering £100 as a incentive for the first 50 jobs now. They were offering £800 for the first 20 jobs a month ago when the uni started back.
