Interesting development in that TfL maybe have realised it's not their job to license the UK's private hire trade. New rules which state a London licensed PH operator must tell TfL where and why they have cars working outside of London. https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/taxis-and-p ... ing-models Small start, but a start none the less.
