The old CRB... the applicant and the regulatory body (council) both got a copy

DBS... who gets a copy of the certificate? just the applicant?

so county - whilst having seen and used the update access - cant have seen 2 of our actual DBS certs yet are issuing contractor badges next week.. fools

The update access does not tell them anything unless they have previously seen the DBS certificate. It just say if there have been changes. It doesn't even say what the changes are.

Yep.


Solved

The County council - as a regulatory body - get a trunkated report on a DBS, if the certificate has no police/criminal content they dont see the certificate but gettold "clear"
