My car is 2 years old so doent NEED an MOT till next year but my Hack plate regs require i have an MOT My plate expires 30/04/2017, my MOT expires 20/042017 So then... can i use the car for work between 20th and 30th?... God I love my LA |

Because, if i have an MOT with the taxi test it costs £3........on its own its £40+ More to the point why cant plates expire 12 month from the last test? (20/04/2016) |

The Council may require in writing for the licence holder to produce their vehicle for inspection at a Lichfield District Council designated Test Station up to three times annually at the cost of the licence holder. Your Council must not believe in public safety if they issue a license without ensuring the vehicle is fit for purpose as a licensed TAXI. Micky mouse Councillors and Officials who obviously do not know what they are doing. Residents and visitors should be extremely worried about what is lacking in your Council District. |
