6.0. Vehicle Road Fund Licence 6.1. The licence holder shall produce a current vehicle road fund licence on demand to the Council at any time during the period of the licence. |

The Council are asking the owners to produce something on demand that does not exist. They need to update their conditions. |

They also require the paper section of the driving licence, as weve moved after the abolition of that i cant prove that has my address on it do what? |
