Yes. you have to apply through the central office in Leeds. Loads of paperwork, loads of money in the bank, £7500-ish for the first licence, £4500 for each subsequent licence, off-road parking for all vehicles, qualified transport manager, regular safety checks. Lots of info on the VOSA website. Once you get the licence approved, five yearly renewal is FREE, but these days the annual test is around £185. |
