Interesting that the first registration was in June 2013 and the MOT ran out in September. Does that mean that last year the first MOT was 3 months late?

All depends when first licensed as a Hackney Carriage.

There are a load of taxis and PH like this in Sefton and all of them are plated, when you go to get your car plated if you only get the taxi/PH mot then when you check online the vehicle will show as not mot'd.

Wheel bolts missing, for an MOT :shock: !!

easy fix

swap 2 wheels over off another car

wipe the shocks off

borrow a wheel stud
