How many of these 6 are correct?

1.......if you are only using hackneys then there is no lawful requirement to have an operators license at all......the operators license is built in to the hackney vehicle license CORRECT

2......if you are using ANY....even only 1 PH then you need an operators license CORRECT

3.....that district council can only issue an operators license to premises within its own borders CORRECT

4.....with an op license....the bookings MUST be recieved either personally...or electronically within those premises....(apps do work but MUST log to the computer within the premises and despatch jobs from the same computer ....... UNWORKABLE

5........a PH operator can only make use of PH vehicles and drivers which are licensed by the same district council. WRONG

6.......a PH driver and vehicle can ONLY receive bookings or be despatched by a PH operator which is licensed by the same district council. WRONG

Correct not sure it's built in though

2......if you are using ANY....even only 1 PH then you need an operators license
Correct

3.....that district council can only issue an operators license to premises within its own borders
Correct but I no councils do

4.....with an op license....the bookings MUST be recieved either personally...or electronically within those premises....(apps do work but MUST log to the computer within the premises and despatch jobs from the same computer
Where the phone, app etc is answered is where the operator is licensed to operate from

5........a PH operator can only make use of PH vehicles and drivers which are licensed by the same district council.
Correct all 3 licenses must match

6.......a PH driver and vehicle can ONLY receive bookings or be despatched by a PH operator which is licensed by the same district council.
Correct

How many did I get right?

Correct (driver yes, base no)

I think, since the new AOP, a PH may pass work to another PH anywhere legally
