More answers to questions which were obviously created by consistent government inaction and them making the situation worse via the deregulation act.

And with national standards I fear that will lead to some areas with high entry criteria lowering standards, not the other way around. :sad:

Not necessarily bearing in mind the obsession that many councils have with ever more complicated and tougher standards
