aside from at the point of loading, if a job comes via a PDA "with dog" (assuming it is a guide dog) and the driver refuses the job there and then (decline) has any offence occurred?

I suppose if it just comes through as dog, then you can refuse if you don't take dogs.

However if it comes through as assisted dog, then clearly refusal is an illegal act.

Surely if not "at pickup" the driver isnt technically refusing the passenger on "its a dog, i dont do dogs" basis though

he might need a wee

(driver not dog)

In this case the message was "with dog, no £2 extra charge" - our hack rates allow a £2 charge on dogs
