Ive moved house since my last badge (July 2015) and up for renewal this July, my "then" DBS has updates, can the licensing use my house move as an excuse to demand a brand new DBS?

If you had informed the relevant Authorities of your change of address as you are required to do by law there should not be a problem, the most important one everyone forgets about is their driving license, you commit an offence by not informing the DVLA of change of abode.

I will look tomorrow but........

Surely if the DBS update service reports "changes" to the DBS from time of issue this would include address updates not just criminal offences?

Licensing have never looked
