Can only see one definite street light in Wanna's photo, and the light itself seems partly covered by leaves, and to that degree if you didn't know the road, and it was daylight, the signs on the pole make it look like a pole for direction signs.
Apart from the telegraph pole(?) to the right, the only other evidence of lights I can see are on the other side about where the car in the distance is (blowing the photo up slightly), which are probably within the 183 metres minimum.
Anyway, we can't tell from the photo what's behind etc, so as you say a proper Street View link would be required to assess the situation fully
