It would seem that all passengers are going to have to attend a training course on how to book a vehicle before they can make a booking. i hope they will be issued with a certificate with a number on it so that we can prove that they have been on the course. |

The interesting one is "all PH and HC vehicles must be Euro 6 by April 1st 2020" so will they refuse to plate euro 5 (or older) after 31st march 2019? Euro 6 became statutory on September 2015 (or 65 plates onward) so any car on a 15 plate or older looks like being refused |

Get organised and join the NTA. |
