With some digging ive found our licensing dept's request to the licensing committee put out a draft proposal for consultation...fair enough.

HOWEVER the stated reasons and aims on the request bare no comparison to what is actually IN the proposal...

Ive also discovered 1 item IN the draft has already been acted on despite the consultation period only ending last Friday at 5pm, at 8pm Monday a 3rd party replied to my email asking about their service and they confirmed it was already sorted...

Well you need to make a complaint via the council's online complaints process, and if you aren't happy with the response then complain to the Local Gov Ombudsman.
