Have now started licensing drivers from St Albans, they're pretty proud about it too despite them not working in the district they clearly have something up their sleeves. |

Quote from the licensing officer yesterday, "we've been told to increase numbers to increase funds to pay for wages." You just couldn't make it up. |

What's the particular attraction of Ashfield? When I questioned the Licensing Officer yesterday about this his words were, "we are a forward thinking Council hence why we are attracting drivers from all parts of the UK." He said that while questioning my right to work in the UK. |

Well if there licensing drivers i presume there licensing vehicles to? I don’t think a responsible council would license Hackney’s to work in St Albans So they must be private hire working under an Ashfield opps licence. |
