Och aye...  Quote: The journey must start or finish in your licensed area for it to be legal,I work and I’m licensed for Edinburgh,I can pick up in Edinburgh and go anywhere,I can also pick up a pre booked( not off street) outside my area providing the journey finishes in my licensed area,what I can’t do is pick up in Glasgow and go to Dundee that’s technically an illegal hire
