New to forum looking for some advice Iv sent everything into council for a PH license and was told 20 days it has passed that so I phoned council. have been told tracking system is not working and they will let me know by phone or email when all checks are done.

My question is how long did other drivers new and old wait to receive there license.

It all depends on what info the council are waiting on, or in your case how long the admin system is down.

If they are waiting for the DBS check that could take days, it could takes weeks, and sadly for some it could take months.
