Reading the recent Adjournment Debate in the House of Commons, one could assume there will be. https://hansard.parliament.uk/Commons/2 ... singReform Not sure what will be in it, and if indeed it might have some cross border implications, but wouldn't be surprised to see national standards and national enforcement powers in it. |

bearing in mind the current muddle and the will there won't there be an election it doesn't matter whats in the speech because none of it will happen |

And I'm personally quite sure that whoever wins the election will have a taxi/PH part of the Queen's Speech.
