Post subject:  Tariff review finally
The report adds that trade proposals also include the introduction of a waiting time charge which could equate to £15 an hour.

“The trade have requested this introduction which it is stated operates in most areas"

Ive always used NJ Pitts (Nottingham) for meters, I only went HC in april 2015 here so went up...they rang licensing to confirm

The LO said "we (we?) only charge by the mileage)
