Customer to driver last night:- Why are you not using the meter? Driver:- We don't have to use it after midnight. customer:- I am sure you are supposed to, can I have a receipt? Driver:- Have you got any paper for me to write it on? Customer:- No, you should have a receipt with you for customers. Driver:- Where do you want dropping? Customer:- Just down here next to the taxi. Looks like someone could be in trouble. |

Our council has the rule that they automatically disqualify complaints that come form drivers or their relatives on the grounds that they could be accused of non impartiality
