The yearly permit scheme payments for York Station was suspended in March, we understand that the Government is now paying L.N.E.R however the station mafia are demanding £30 a week in cash to use the rank and refusing to give receipts or explain what it is for, apart from the montone reply "to use the rank" needless to say there are lots of cars not going in. |
