A new Swedish “taxi” three wheels, two victims, (or passengers) one driver. Looks like a sinclair C5 on steroids. Can reach the heady speed of 28mph, all electric, have been passed as fit for purpose to operate as private hire vehicles in Lincoln. Operated by Christine Katrell, of tuk tuk land. Can’t wait. |
