A new 7 seater on demand, door to door executive service departing every 20 minutes To Glasgow Airport from Glasgow has started is a PH LICENCE REQUIRED or can they operate under their BUS LICENCE PERMIT

They can only have one or the other.

If they have a bus permit licence as you call it, they cannot be licenced as a private hire vehicle. So in answer to your question no they dont.

A private hire licence would be required & as Glasgow Airport is in the Renfrewswhire Council licensing area a 7 seater would require to be wheelchair accessible
