Maybe it's aimed at drivers coming to the UK to work, but a bit late for that now, presumably
But apart from the obvious 'private hire taxi' clanger in the headline, some very odd stuff indeed. Some paragraphs on their own do make sense, but in the round the article is pretty bizarre. And some of it reads like it's aimed at passengers rather than drivers
Below are just a couple of the odder paragraphs, and the errors should be obvious. And, for a start, the British Isles includes the Republic of Ireland, while elsewhere in the article the reference is to the UK, which excludes the ROI
