Well good luck to the fella, I’m not arguing he is in the wrong.

But IMO the council are wrong that they can’t do anything at the moment. They are merely choosing not to do anything at the moment.

But I would be very surprised if they reissued him another Hackney carriage vehicle license next year, unless he can somehow make his motor wheelchair accessible.
