When should a PH badge start and why would it only be useable from issue for 10 months?

Unless a council has good reason they should be licensed for three years.

over 60 = 1 year so I accept that but 10 months?....

ive asked south staffs why a badge issued December 3rd expires October 21st

I suspect it's because they do all the licenses in the same month.

plymouth I would understand due to the long standing naval traditions but Tamworth ?

well, South Staffs licensing handed all licensing/badges/plates work, etc over to Wolverhampton so I did the Wolvo PH 3hr course for a SStaffs badge, does that sound stupid?

despite opinions the Wolvo course of 6hrs was quite informative with a test at the end, so there... :lol:
