Do all L/As before granting a drivers badge have a condition that applicant has to do a disability awareness training course.

I think new entrants have to, and drivers of WAVs.

WAV drivers have to be retested after 3 years from memory.

We used to have 12 months to complete all training after the grant of a license but now it has to be done before a license is issued. This is putting everyone off from applying, amongst other issues.
