so, your badge expires (say) October 25th.... till when can you use it?...

To clarify, because there are 2 midnights on every day.

Badge is Valid until 2359 and 59 seconds (and any parts of that last second) on 25 October. At 0000, it has expired.

so at 00.01 on 26th badge is expired, which is what i assumed...
