It may be of interest to some this report.

However the best bit is the one about the results, if this doesn't sum up what we have to deal with, then nothing will.

"Where a survey question could be answered "yes" or "no", the respondent had simply to tick the appropriate box. However, in many cases, neither box was ticked, suggesting that respondents did not know how to answer".

Unbelievable !!!!!!!!

Well if they can't work out where to put the tick, what chance them having any knowledge of the law?
