This website has always tried to be of assistance to cab drivers stroke private hire drivers' etc, in fact it doesn't discriminate. Alex and Dusty do a great job in maintaining the site but if anyone finds they are in need of any information or documentation in relation to any incident or unexpected eventuality in respect of the Taxi trade and they can't get the answers from their own local or national association, then don't hesitate to ask us. If we can find the documentation or case report we will, if not, we may be able to point you in the right direction where you can?

Regards

JD

I want my LA to re-restrict HC numbers.

Can you advise me of the local authorities that have re-capped numbers?

Can you give me some useful hints and tips on how to achieve my goal?

Thanking you in anticipation :D

I don't think a man of your wisdom and knowledge is short of a few tips on how to get an authority to re restrict numbers?

Doesn't the NTA have a swingometer that calculates in percentage terms the number of vulnerable councils that are susceptible to a perceived percentage of wavering councillors? TDO has an outdated list of councils that are susceptible to a legal challenge but I suppose that's more of a certainty than speculation?
